Rachael Means holds a Master of Music degree in Cello Performance from the University
of Nebraska at Omaha. She is a member of the Des Moines Symphony and substitutes
with the Omaha and Lincoln symphonies. As a professional cellist, Means has played
with artists such as Quincy Jones, Kenny G, Manheim Steamroller, and Amy Grant.
Means is a private cello instructor, a founding member of the Mahr String Quartet,
and an adjunct faculty member at Grace University. She and her husband Ryan reside
in Omaha, NE.
